We had a long, frustrating gas restoration process that dragged on for MONTHS due to the previous plumber's own delays, and once Joseph and his team took over, it took less than two weeks to get the gas turned on. He was responsive, communicative, straight to the point, and genuinely took ownership of a complicated situation involving DOB approvals and Con Edison coordination.....two agencies that are notoriously difficult to navigate. He kept me updated every step of the way, cleared outstanding objections that had been stuck for a long time, and even canceled his own schedule to personally stay on-site and coordinate with Con Edison and the tenant to make sure everything got done.
